There are certainly benefits to living in a small town. Walking to your destination is almost always an option, entering any shop/bar is like an episode of Cheers, and in the off chance that someone famous comes to town there is a high probability that you will end up hanging out with them at some point. Some of the weathered souls I’ve had the privilege of meeting while dwelling here in the northwest include: Ben Folds, Taj Mahal, and Fun.
Hey Guys, I’m finally back from the Danger Zone. It was really great to catch up with Maverick and Iceman but I’m ready to get back to this whole blogging thing. I should warn you that the next few posts will be lacking the much desired “clever dialogue” and will instead be filled with eon old photos… just to get us caught up to the present. Hold onto your hats and glasses.
Twenty five years ago Nintendos and Power Wheels were the hottest toys on the market, Platoon won best picture at the academy awards, and the two ol’ birds (otherwise known as my parents) got hitched. I tried to help them celebrate this quarter of a century milestone with a surprise anniversary party last November. Evidence provided below.
